How to remove control panel on Buick regal?

The details to remove take apart control panel is as follows :----

1. If necessary for access to the negative battery cable, remove the air cleaner and duct assembly.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the instrument panel trim plate.
4. Unfasten the screws securing the control assembly to the dash.
5. Pull the control assembly away from the dash, detach the electrical connections, then remove the control assembly from the vehicle.

To install:

6. Attach the control electrical connections.
7. Position the control assembly and secure using the attaching screws. Tighten the screws to 13 inch lbs. (1.5 Nm).
8. Install the instrument panel trim plate.
9. Connect the negative battery cable.
10. If removed, install the air cleaner assembly.
