Mercedes Benz Heater Core Removal Procedure?

The Procedure will work for all types Mercedes Benz car models.The Mercedes Benz Truck models.

Heater core replace  procedure for Mercedes Benz:----

1. Remove or disconnect the following:
   
   
   Negative battery cable
   

   Heater hoses
   

   Upper and lower steering column covers
   

   Combination switch
   

   Instrument cluster trim
   

   Instrument cluster screws
   

   Footwell screws on both sides
   

   Lower instrument panel screws
   

   Instrument panel center section
   

   A/C heater control panel
   

   Center instrument panel screws
   

   Glove box
   

   Instrument panel end caps
   

   Instrument panel clips
   

   Parking brake handle
   

   Instrument panel bottom section
   

   A pillar trim on both sides
   

   Upper air outlet panel
   

   Top instrument panel screws
   

   Instrument cluster
   

   Sun sensor
   

   Air distribution connector
   

   Remaining instrument panels screws
   

   Instrument panel
   

   Air conditioning housing
   

   Heater core

To install:

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Connect the negative battery cable.
3. Fill the engine with coolant and check for proper heater operation.

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions section.
2. Remove or disconnect the following: 
   
   
   Negative battery cable

   Heater hoses

   Instrument panel

   Air conditioning housing

   Heater core

To install:

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Connect the negative battery cable.
3. Fill the engine with coolant and check for proper heater operation.
